Conscious Connected Breath (w/ sound & energetic support)
Conscious Connected Breath is the practice of gently altering breath to explore altered states of consciousness. This practice provides a deep awareness of, and connection with, self; it lays the groundwork for profound internal discovery & healing.
Doors open at 6:00pm, gatherings starts at 6:30pm (doors will lock right at 6:30pm).
Materials provided: Mat, blanket, bolster, and eye mask.
